Galeria Colibri, San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1972, Galeria Colibri director Luigi Marrozzini commissioned Dali to produce 6 lithographs for a book written by the artist's friend Tharrats. When Tharrats saw these first 2 lithographs, he wanted nothing to do with them, claiming Dali had not bothered to read his book. This is one of the two lithographs, signed and numbered by the artist, which are mentioned in the book. |
