At that time, his studio was in his home. This is a commissioned painting and is much larger than average. Notice the ship Carthiginian at the right, it is now below water as it finally sunk this last year. Prophetic insight in this painting as the ghost ship in the painting has now come to be a reality below the waters in Lahaina Bay. |
