Alexander Anufriev Art

Art Brokerage: In 1980 Alexander Anufriev, a leading member of the Odessa group, emigrated to the United States and now lives and works in Washington, DC. Since then he has had many successful solo and group shows. He is strongly influenced by art of the Renaissance - particularly Pierro della Francesca, Fra Angelico and Byzantine icons. The vast majority of Anufriev's poetic, visionary works hang in museums and private collections throughout Europe, USA and the ex-Soviet Union.
