Story / Additional InfoThis painting was purchased as a suite of 3 at a cruise ship auction. Chris Derubeis originally got his start painting custom cars and motorcycles but has advanced into the fine art world with bold and edgy designs. He uses a technique that involves adding all the paint to the aluminum backing and then removing paint with chemicals and hand grinding until he reaches the desired effect.
