Art Brokerage: Betty King American Artist: Betty Felker King is a native of Atlanta who has relocated to the beautiful mountains surrounding Lake Rabun in Georgia. In 1979, she graduated from the University Of Georgia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drawing and painting during which time she attended UGA's Study Abroad art program in Cortona, Italy. King's oil paintings possess a calm assertiveness. She has command of a painterly brush stroke, sending the viewers eyes to the captured light which is one of her successes. Listings wanted.
Original Painting originally titled "Interior with Flowers" but likely titled "Blue Kitten" when sold to Boston, Mass. gallery 2008. Had been in my family for 40+ years.
