Born in 1963 in Mogilev, Belarus where he studied architecture at the Belarusian National Technical University he-Igor Fomin quickly developed an intimate relationship with the fine arts and its very diverse artistic universe. Initially the craft of Designing for Advertising by Igor Fomin was chosen, and he quickly entered the exhibition stage at which young artists competed for recognition. He joined early the Spanish association of painters and sculptors and in 1996 he claimed first prize in the Autumn Salon exposition that was hosted by the Spanish association for Painters.
