Art Brokerage: Vaea Tahitian Artist: b. 1929-2020. Born in Tahiti in 1929, ceramicist and sculptor Vaea was also born into an adventurous life. He travelled across the globe, settling in places such as Australia, Japan, and the Bay Area. His working relationship with ceramicist and abstract expressionist Peter Voulkos greatly impacted his work and artistic vision. Multiple prestigious institutions such as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art have made his work a part of their collection and he continues to be shown around the world. Listings wanted.
