Provenance / HistoryThis is a portrait of my late landlady Irene. She was a lovely woman and was my landlady for 24 years! She passed away in 2005. Her daughter gave me the painting as a gift. It was painted in 1966 in Los Angeles by Barbara Wood early in her career.

Barbara's work has also been featured in numerous movies and TV shows, most recently the first season of the hit daytime show "Starting Over," where the entire house was adorned with Barbara's pieces.
