Art Brokerage: Cecilia Rosslee Artist. Cecilia Rosslee was born in South Africa where she studied Fine Arts and won her first national art competition , New Signatures, in 1988. She has since won many awards and exhibited internationally. Some of her clients include Planet Hollywood and Sun International as well as many private patrons across the globe. As a daily painter, she strives to capture the places and people that surround her, whether it be special object d'art, close friends and family or beautiful French interiors. She lives in picturesque California where she is constantly inspired by the beauty of the area. Private commissions accepted.
