"Freighter 2000" by Georges Lambert - Limited Edition Lithograph $1,200
Art Brokerage: Georges Lambert French Artist: b. 1919-1998. He was an exceptional 20th century French painter and lithographer of landscapes, seascapes and figure studies. Lambert received his education at the Academie de la Grande Chaumiere, Paris, where he studied primarily under Othon Friesz. During Lambert's career his art was exhibited internationally in countries such as Germany, Italy, France, England and the United States. Georges Lambert also contributed original lithographs to various illustrated books such as Machiavelli's The Prince. We list original paintings only. No prints please. Listings wanted.
Original Painting originally titled "Interior with Flowers" but likely titled "Blue Kitten" when sold to Boston, Mass. gallery 2008. Had been in my family for 40+ years.
