Art Brokerage: Getulio Alviani Italian Artist: b. 1939-2018.A leading figure in the kinetic art movement, Getulio Alviani's work transcended mediums and disciplines, including painting, printmaking, sculpture, jewelry, architecture and industrial design. He was one of the main animators of the aesthetic debate on programmed art and has been internationally recognized since the beginning of the sixties. Starting in 1961, Alviani was included in Novet Tendencije (New Tendencies), a series of exhibitions in Zagreb, Croatia, which gathered concrete and constructive artists who sought to create work that reflected the era's advancements in mass production.
