Today, his work is collected by royalty, presidents, celebrities and museums as well as a growing number of private collectors who find their lives enriched by the color and emotion of his work.

Simon's flair for art was first noticed when he won his first art competition at the age of six. Other childhood art prizes followed, including several in his teen years and a national art students' painting prize while at college. During his teens, the family moved to Hong Kong. It was here that he first encountered the art of the East where the beauty of Chinese brushwork with its economy of line and energy of composition was to have a lasting influence. It was here that he held his first one-man exhibition at eighteen.

Simon Bull was educated at Ripon and Croydon before going to art schools in Cheltenham and Leeds. He has rapidly become one of England's most popular printmakers with an international reputation for his etchings and watercolors. The first of Simon Bull's many one man exhibitions was held at the Hong Kong Hotel, Hong Kong in 1976. Since then his work has been exhibited at the important Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, and the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. Simon Bull is in galleries worldwide.
