Vadim Kelvenskiy
Art Brokerage: Vadim Kelvenskiy Uzbekistan Artist: b. 1964. Vadim Klevenskiy, born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (formally USSR) in 1964, began his love of painting at the early age of three. Son of Vadim Sr. and Ludmila Klevenskiy, Vadim stated it was the paintings of his father, an architect, that urged him to pick up his first brush. Throughout his schooling years, Vadim was always involved in education that focused on art and its many forms. He received much training and inspiration from his Professor Alexander Borisov at the Institute of Cinematography and from Shavkat Abdusalamov, a professor and artist. He was able to continue his training when he became an assistant of an art director at Film Studio in Moldavia. Vadim graduated from college with a degree in Teaching of Drawing and Painting from the Republic College of Art in Moldavia and with a degree in Art Designe of Feature Films and TV from the All Russian Institute of Cinematography in Moscow, Russia. Vadim has an art style unlike any other, though there are strong hints of styles he wanted to bring out from his favorite masters: Giotto, Rubens, Goya, and Van Gogh. Like these masters of painting and drawing, Vadim uses an intense contrast in colors and shapes to astound the eye and create whimsical scenes. He also sets a very expressive scene in each painting that tells a story that captures the beholder instantly in its message. What makes Vadim so unique is his ability to bring classical training into a style never touched by another artist. His paintings speak his name and capture his very soul in them through his ability to reach the masses through theme, color, shape, contrast, and originality. Listings wanted.
