Art Brokerage: Clemens Briels Dutch Artist: b. 1946. He calls it his Antipodism. Images from unknown sources. With a feeling for contrasts he transforms daily themes into bold and different but pleasantly accessible images. Colourfull, with obvious Latin American influences. With a lack of respect for the academic straightjacket of perspective. Briels is a sculptor, painter, creates glass sculptures and designs furniture. But his signature is and will always be the cheerful and optimistic outlook on life. His successful exhibitions, one closely followed by the next, have been held in Europe, North America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Singapore and a museum exhibition in Shanghai. Briels work won him the award of Official Artist of the Olympic Winter Games held in Salt Lake City in 2002. He also created the official poster for the games. In 2005 he was commissioned by The European Union to design a sculpture/award for the European Fashion contest. Listings wanted.
"Take Five" 26x 31 inch, print Estate Stamped and Numbered Edition Print of 950. The Estate of George Rodrigue created a proprietary ink to stamp on print editions originally designed by George Rodrigue and released by the Rodrigue Estate posthumously. The one-of-a-kind ink formula includes several security measures that guarantee the authenticity of Rodrigue Estate editions. The stamp measures approximately 1.5 x 3 inches and is screened directly onto prints issued by the Rodrigue Estate.All prints sold directly by the Rodrigue Estate are also accompanied with a certificate of authenticity indicating the number of the print purchased from the estate.
