Art Brokerage: Luis Jiminez American Artist and Sculptor: b. 1940-2006. Luis Jiminez was born in east Texas of Mexican decent. Using "low brow" materials including fiberglass and plastic, Luis Jimenez created satirical comments about American life. He also worked in bronze, and his images depict modern pop culture including the stereo-typical American West.
