Art Brokerage: Jeanne Pierre Cassigneul French Artist: B. 1935: Jean-Pierre Cassigneul is born in Paris on 13 July. Cassineul enters the Académie Charpentier, then decides to study under Jean Souverbie (Professor at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Paris). Exhibition at the Galerie des Beaux-Arts, Paris. Appointed member of the Salon d'Automne. Cassineul has a private exhibition at the Galerie Tivey-Faucon, Paris. He meets Kiyoshi Tamenaga, who becomes his art dealer for Japan, and Noël Shumann, from the Editions Lidis. His work was presented at the International Exhibition of Figurative Art, Tokyo, where he has become a regular exhibitor. His work is in the private exhibition at la Galerie Vital, Paris and in 1969 an exhibition of Cassigneul's lithographic works were on exhibition at the Mitsukoshi Gallery, Tokyo. Listings wanted.
